For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. The most helpful and friendly salesman. I'll start with I went to many dealerships before I wound up at denooyer. The two other dealerships I went to I will not mention my name but they made I'll start with I went to many dealerships before I wound up at denooyer. The two other dealerships I went to I will not mention my name but they made promises and did not keep them. To try to get the sale. I went to Chevy and spoke to a gentleman and Chris, he never misled me he steered me in the right direction told me how things were going to be as far as the sale was not pressuring me did not try to oversell me or anything like that. Chris knew what I had in mind for budget and took it into consideration and help me through my decision-making. I Rave and rant about Chris at that was my sales guy to everybody I talk to now. Chris is a wonderful guy and he checked in even after the sale to see how things were. That goes a long way with me. Keep up the great work. More
