For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Scott was great, courteous, well informed and patient. I waited two hours in the waiting room for someone to come out and tell me that my tires just arrived and they were putting them on. I could have rescheduled if I had known that they didn't even have the come out and tell me that my tires just arrived and they were putting them on. I could have rescheduled if I had known that they didn't even have the tires. Duane was suppose to have ordered them almost three weeks prior when I made the appointment. Finally after almost 5 hours my truck was done. I understand that mistakes happen but I was not offered any kind of accommodation and did not even get an apology. I always give the service department a five star review but this time my experience was not even worth one star. More

While the people I dealt with were kind and polite up until delivery, I was told to be back at the dealership for pickup at a certain time and was then ignored for over an hour, even with trying to check until delivery, I was told to be back at the dealership for pickup at a certain time and was then ignored for over an hour, even with trying to check in a few times, no one ever came back with updates until I became somewhat annoyed and had to start being rude to get someone to tell us what was going on. Communication in the dealership seems to be severely lacking. In addition to that when my husband tried to call and ask some questions about the vehicle after we got it home, he received no answers or help with who we could ask these questions to. So now we are left with a vehicle that may or may not have features we were told it did because who knows and had to figure out some registration and tax pieces on our own. Ridiculous when you buy from a dealer, even out of state, we should have been informed of what was needed. We'll probably end up going to another dealer for assistance with vehicle features since Denooyer was no help and something we were told the vehicle has, doesn't activate. More
