Dropped off the day before for oil change and overall check due to age and mileage with explicit written instructions how to reach me the next day. Next morning mechanic had good recommendations of maint check due to age and mileage with explicit written instructions how to reach me the next day. Next morning mechanic had good recommendations of maintenance that should be done with drivetrain and brakes. My instructions were disregarded and they sent service the recommendation to my email that I said I wouldn’t have access to. Within 20 of sending the email they changed the status to say I declined the service, marked my service as done and put my truck in the back lot again without notifying me. Nearly 5 hours later I reached someone after trying frustratingly for two hours and they said all was good and nothing was needed. I had to ask for help to find where in the back lot they put my truck. My lessons learned were that customer instructions are generally ignored and it’s unwise not to wait there no matter how long it takes. I have no issue with the quality of the work done by the service mechanic. As for the rest of the experience, it seems necessary to live with that type of service until the extended warranty runs out. Frustrating but the quality of the work so far by the mechanics is certainly a redeeming value. More

Put chased 4 new tires and had to drive 16 miles back the next day because they never reset the tire pressure monitoring system! Making matters worse was when they reset it the front tires had 40 lbs of tire next day because they never reset the tire pressure monitoring system!
