Thumbs down unfriendly and treated like it was my fault and nothing but a waste of time trying to figure out how to get my vehicle in after having to speak to the service manager who was a much better help than the service writer person (A). On a good note thanks to (manager) George and Steve (mechanic) I was able to get something worked out - only after having to go thru the usual run around and mix up. More

Communication between sales associates was terrible. Made deal on vehicle with some add ons, when vehicle was picked up work wasn't done.
