Being a family man and father, John also understands that sometimes you must drag you kids into the dealership with you. He is honest and forthright. He helped us with the purchase of our Atlas and has become our trusted advisor in all thing VW. He is someone we go to and trust long after the purchase. We call him with questions before calling the service department. John has even gone out of his way to discuss a maintenance issue with our son who is away at college.
