I e-mailed DeMontrond directly the same day, 8/26 (responding to my original service e-mail)... no response. I also sent the same information through your "contact us" section on your website (again, the same day 8/26)...AGAIN, no response. I e-mailed (Thursday 8/29) "feedback" as instructed in your reply and have YET to receive any sort of response... so, tell me again how important my "satisfaction" is to y'all?? Got in the car today to move it (it's my kids car) and the vents still stink... so I'm gonna go out on a limb and ADD to the original list that none of the filters were likely changed.
