I have never been treated so rudely by a service person, ever. Shawn Taylor should be fired. This is a direct reflection on this dealership. Absolutely the worst place to take your car/truck. More than ruined both of my vehicles and ended up costing me thousands more in parts and labor. As I had to to them both to a different shop! Horrible customer service with Dain & Shawn in the Service Department. The bill was more than I was told. Don't take your car there. Go across the street to Heritage Chevrolet. Not pleased with the customer service or the actual service. Have to agree this place has went downhill over the years. Was once a place I could rely on for honest reliable repair. Just took my car and $830 later and 20 miles down the road engine light comes on engine still sputtering and diesel’s when I shut it off. Just curious what did they actually fix? More

Shawn is always so helpful and Tony Hagan is a great service manager and took care of my car and was great to work with and Lisa is sweet and kind and helpful as well.
