Easy to Work with, Very Accommodating! I live about 80 miles from DeLong in Indiana. I have been looking for an Explorer for about 2 months before I found the one I wanted at DeLong. However, when I called to inquire about it, Brenda offered to stay late so that I could come and look at the vehicle. She and her boss stayed about 2 hours past closing time for my wife and I to come see the vehicle. They were not pushy, and were easy to work with. When we made the decision to pull the trigger, they held the vehicle for me, appraised my trade in remotely, and stayed open AGAIN for me to take delivery of my new Explorer. Best car buying experience to date 2020 Edge I found an 2020 Ford Edge on the DeLong website and inquired about it around 5 pm. BJ immediately contacted me. By the next morning he had answered I found an 2020 Ford Edge on the DeLong website and inquired about it around 5 pm. BJ immediately contacted me. By the next morning he had answered all of my questions without giving me any runaround and had me set up to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork the following morning. We were there for less than 1 hour signing papers and getting keys. Woody didn't try to pressure us into buying anything extra, the rates and payment amounts never changed and there wasn't anything "hidden" in the contract. If every sale went as smoothly as this did, people wouldn't dread buying cars! More
