We had been looking for a used F150 for quite some time. We came across a really clean, low mile example with all of the equipment we wanted at DeLong. Brenda did not know we were coming and came right out and met with us. She is super personable and knowledgeable and certainly not the typical pushy salesperson you typically see at a lot of dealers. Brenda told us that she would let us know if the buyer fell through she would contact us. We moved on not expecting to hear from Brenda. Low and behold, a few days later, the buyer (out of state) was not interested and she called us. We drove to DeLong and took it for a drive and bought it. Super easy process (easiest we have ever had at a dealer). I am a hard to please customer and I can honestly say I walked away completely satisfied. I highly recommend DeLong and Brenda Lawless if you are in the market for a new or used car. More
