Back to Ford I usually bought Fords (or Mercurys) from Delong's and got away from them in 2011 buying a new Hyundai Elantra. I was never happy with the Elantra, Especially with the very small tires. It rode like a big roller skate. We are very happy with our new Escape. It drives and rides wonderful. In addition, we were very pleased with Mike (Woody) Woods handling of our financing. He searched around and got us a great interest rate and great trade-in price. We are glad to be back! More

When I went back to look at the truck for the second time I noticed some things that I had not noticed the first time that were needing some attention, I mentioned them to Jon and when I came in to purchase the truck all of the things I mentioned were fixed with no additional cost. I bought a used vehicle from them and it was in like new condition when I took possession of it. During delivery of the vehicle Jon himself came out and setup all the goodies and showed me how to use the entire truck, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to purchase from these guys. Over all great experience. Purchase and repair of my 2011 Flex It was very good working with Jon DeLong when I purchased my Flex. I had a problem with the key pad on the door and the heat on the passenger side. Matt understood exactly what I had, scheduled it in and let me know what it would take to fix it. I let Jon know today that I am happy with the repair work. It is sad that we only have one Dealership in town but it is great that they do not take advantage of that but give you top notch care. Great deal We had a great experience buying our car. This was our first time buying a car and it was as painless as possible for us. We really liked that he allowed us to get a feel for the car on our own without the pressure of buying, like we experienced at other places.
