I actually saw the DeLong logo on the back of a car one day, and decided to check them out. The prices were reasonable that matched their selection. Doug was more than helpful in answering our questions along with explaining his research methodology. Woody's perseverance on the financing portion was top notch in assisting us with getting an excellent APR, and monthly term we preferred. With Doug, Woody, and the service team our buying experience was an enjoyable one to the fullest. It was a display of integrity, teamwork, and service which is clearly lived, and not just practiced with Delong. For our next vehicle the researching will be limited to just one facility, and that is Delong's. More

Friendly sales I was in the market to buy a different vehicle but had not convinced myself that I was really ready to start that "process". I just happened to see a vehicle on the Delongs lot on a Saturday, I called Woody and he got me in the vehicle right away for a test drive. I was still on the fence about trading in my car, but when I saw how hard Woody was working to make me the best deal possible, it helped make my decision. He was extremely fair on my trade in and even assured me that I was making a good choice with my new vehicle (I have been ripped off in the past, so it makes me apprehensive). He was very kind and patient with my deal. I could not say enough about him!!! More
