I had stopped by the previous month but had not seen a vehicle that suited my needs. That day the gentleman that was helping asked if he could keep his eyes open and give me a call if they came across something that would fill my needs, I didn't leave my number. When my daughter looked at the vehicle she was given a price, Woody honored that price when I decided on the car. I had been to Heller in Pontiac and the pressure put on was unbelievable, a draining experience. That Saturday I told Woody I would be in on Wednesday to pick up the vehicle. The car was ready and waiting clean, inspected, ready to go. I asked for the carfax which was printed up and was given the keys. The entire experience over the 2 visits lasted maybe an hour at the most! Woody made this the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in my thirty five years of driving. He stated he would love to get my maintenance business, that he will. I am banking on the quality of service will match the high quality of the sales staff!
