Excellent experience for buying a new truck! Before buying my new truck, I worked with multiple dealers to find exactly what I needed. I can definitely say that DeLong stands as the best so far. Before buying my new truck, I worked with multiple dealers to find exactly what I needed. I can definitely say that DeLong stands as the best so far. No pressure, down-to-earth, and very easy to work with. I needed to work a deal on my trade and the new truck over email. Usually, salesmen from other dealers will not want to negotiate over email and will instantly call you (and continue to call you). Or, they simply want you to come in and talk in person - "just get here and we'll make it worth your time". For someone who lives further away and doesn't have time for a phone call or visit, this is not ideal. In today's digital world, you need to work around the customer's chosen method of communication. Doug provided exactly what I needed. He gathered the information I wanted to make a decision and never tried to pressure me into a purchase. When I was ready to take the truck for a test drive, he was very informative and patient as I worked my numbers and tried to make a decision. This is what I look for and will continue to refer my friends and family their way. Excellent job! Even better, they provided me with a full tank of gas when I came to pick the truck up! More
