Will never bring my vehicle back here again, arm rest was dirty after service, service writer John hates was very rude when he stated “ vehicle needs to be picked up by 4 or I don’t care I’m going home” as s dirty after service, service writer John hates was very rude when he stated “ vehicle needs to be picked up by 4 or I don’t care I’m going home” as soon as I left the dealer ship the issue I had with the radio that they advised me could not be duplicated happened instantly. How did you check my radio issue if you didn’t connect a iPhone to the radio? No phone was connected to the radio to check the car play, I know this because when I went into the radio settings there where no other Bluetooth or CarPlay devices added. Do not think the issue was even checked out. Main issue was the poor ability to come across more professionally when telling me they close at 4 and to be there to get my vehicle back, also the fact that the service department did not care to take better precautions to keep my car clean, I am a service technician as well and do everything I can to keep the customers vehicle clean, especially when the vehicle is there for a service and tire rotation and a radio issue, there should have been no reason that my arm rest/ center console was covered in dirt, thank you for awful first oil change experience, GET NEW STAFF, DIDNT COMPLAIN WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION BUT EVEN HAD ISSUES WITH SALES RUBNING ME AROUND AND KEEPING ME THERE ALL DAY TO MAKE A DEAL. Really bad business, that being said my salesman MARK GRANT WAS EXCELLENT! Only good thing about this place so far More

The gentleman managing my service was great!! He has always been good. The thing is, I made an appointment for 730(first appointment available) and I didn’t leave until 1015. He informed me my cars oil always been good. The thing is, I made an appointment for 730(first appointment available) and I didn’t leave until 1015. He informed me my cars oil filter(Honda) isn’t kept in stock. I bought the car at this dealership and was given the oil change discount program so I believe it should be readily available. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve waited 2 1/2 to 3 hours just for a basic oil change. More
