Our first trip from NY with our 2021 RAM while towing a travel trailer. We needed an oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment. Alex the service writer was awesome. Started with a DEF part issue. Ram had a faulty design and had to wait weeks for it but in the end they came thru & I got it installed.
