Our Jeep, still under warranty has always had an issue with the steering. Jeep has a service bulletin s out the issue. We brought it in to be fixed. The service rep said it was the lift we had put on. I e with the steering. Jeep has a service bulletin s out the issue. We brought it in to be fixed. The service rep said it was the lift we had put on. I explained it had the problem even before the lift and that there was a service bulletin about the problem. He was adamant that it was the lift that was the problem. I told them to go ahead and do the service. They charged us $1700+ They replaced the Pittman arm because the said it was seized (it wasn't). They cut the wiring to to lights behind our wheels. The service bulletin gave the 1.9 hours to do the repair. We got charged $940 labor. When they finished the work we asked them to ask Chrysler to pay under warranty. The service manager told us that we had voided the warranty by installing a lift. No one said a word about that until then. More

I bought my brand new Dodge 1500 Bighorn from here a year and a half ago and love the truck. Recently my key fob on the truck wouldn't work. I tried using the key inside the fob to get into my truck only t and a half ago and love the truck. Recently my key fob on the truck wouldn't work. I tried using the key inside the fob to get into my truck only to discover it didn't fit my truck. I had to get an uber to get home and left my truck until I could get the other key, which thankfully, worked. When we let the dealership know about the problem, the general manager refused to replace the actual key unless we paid $18, the key that came with the truck when we bought it. Keep in mind that I paid A LOT for this truck and have paid for all its maintenance through them. How would I know the key wouldn't fit the truck?! I never had need to check it. Shame on them and their poor integrity. More
