Poor Service, not told the truth.. Took the truck in for a leak at passenger door. The service rep was told to call prior to any work. That did not happen. Got home, checked out the door, still have the leak the day I took it to the dealer. Well, "we have a contractor/independent service company that takes care of those issues", kind of makes you feel empty handed. Where is the responsibility from the dealer? Stay away, honesty, truth.....very questionable from this service department. More
Good changes taking place I am only reserving a higher rating until my next visit. In a nutshell, I was "forced" to buy a new car as my 300 died....so ended up with a Jeep Patriot. Not a good decision and it is not a great vehicle but after a year plus of taking it in for service etc. I always felt that the service experience was lukewarm and I didn't really matter. Not being over sensitive, just know with my company, we have to fight for every customer and go over the edge sometimes to keep them. So. the contrast was apparent. After dropping $24 K on a new car, somehow I thought I was entitled to something more and never got even a touch of it. Left each time feeling why do I keep going back? "they don't give a ......"? So, just yesterday I had my idiot warning lights go off, (yes, the jeep is junk) and stopped into the dealer and apparently they have undergone some staff training or new staff or someone cast a spell on them. They were friendly, courteous, eye contact, genuine and got it fixed on time and for the first time I felt great when leaving. The little things make a huge difference and apparently they are making some changes that I appreciate! Whatever you are doing, keep it up and the results will be there. Thanks to John in service and the shuttle driver who were both very positive representatives of Hurley. More

I arrived with an appointment to get some key fobs programmed. With the tools they have here, it is at most a 20 minute job. I was there for 2 hours before they gave me an update that they had started working on making the keys. An hour after that I finally was able to leave. Ridiculous More
Service department is SLOW. Made an appointment for service on my van for 8:30 am. Was getting a valve replace with a 1.5 labor estimate and fan replaced with another 1.5 hour estimate. Also, needed to have some recalls done. 7 hours later and I am still here. If I were to come back, I would watch these guys to make sure your vehicle doesn't get bumped. While waiting, my technician was pulled from my van to service another lady's. There is no communication. It's easy for them to forget about you. Super busy place and they appear to have a hard time managing the amount of service jobs coming through here. Nice enough guys in here, but the wait is a little excessive. I had the same problem when using their "Express Lane" oil change. Long wait for a twenty minute oil change. Still waiting...... More

Poor Experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took an entire day to figure out my battery is dead when they were informed of the condition when my v I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not check the alternator because they stated "the battery needs to be replaced first". Most likely the alternator needs to be replaced based off the symptoms and scenario of how we got there. Still waiting on my car.... More

Service Department Bad My truck has been going out there for months and never fixed what it went out there for. The truck went because the Check Engine light came on, they My truck has been going out there for months and never fixed what it went out there for. The truck went because the Check Engine light came on, they said that we declined to get that fixed, but had them do a fuel system check and a rear brake job. Does that make any since to get other things repaired and not get the main problem repaired? The next thing I know is that my truck wouldn't start and it went back to the shop. This time we're told that we need a Fuel Pump. The truck has been out there 3 or 4 times for problems with that. I went to the gas station to put fuel in the truck since it wasn't on full. I asked one of the guys about a charge of 15.67 because that was such an odd amount when it was fuel already in the tank. Once I got to the gas station to top it off, I paid 16.44 and as soon as I stopped the pump, gas came from the bottom of my truck and surrounded the gas pumps. I had to move the truck away from the pump and let the clerk know that gas had surrounded the pump. The clerk had to go into emergency mode and put something down. I called the manager and he told me to get the truck back to him. I told him that I was not driving the truck anywhere and they would have to come get it! I didn't know if a spark or something would cause the truck to blow up. James Sombelon is the manager of the department and he is by far the rudest person I have encountered in the year of 2015. He downplayed everything and told me that a seal was put on too tight by the mechanic. A couple of days later I had to go back yet again because my check engine light came on. It's so many people that need jobs for this personto have the position that he has. People should be put in the right positions, he would be better if he was somewhere in the back. More
Rip Off!! I went to get my check engine light checked and I was told that it would cost me 118 dollars plus tax. I said o.k. and found out that I needed a new I went to get my check engine light checked and I was told that it would cost me 118 dollars plus tax. I said o.k. and found out that I needed a new headlight and transmission thermostat. The headlight alone was going to cost me close to $300 to fix! I asked why so much? There answer was that they would have to pull out my whole front bumper and put in a whole new wiring kit for the headlight. Then I noticed that they charge and extra $18 dollars for waste disposal. I asked why are you charging me $18 dollars for just plugging my car in a computer? They said that it was for profit and to help buy there uniforms. That's what the sales manager Mr. James told me. I then left and figured out how to fix my headlight which only cost me $14 for the light bulb and all I did was unscrew the lightbulb from the back of the headlight and plug in the new one which took only 10 sec. literally to fix. Next thing Im fixing myself is going to be the thermostat. Never going to this dealership ever. This service dealer department showed me its all about the money and ripping people off not about customers More
