We visited DeLand Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in the afternoon on April 30. It was a spontaneous decision to see if we could find a vehicle on the last day of special employee pricing. We went in with afternoon on April 30. It was a spontaneous decision to see if we could find a vehicle on the last day of special employee pricing. We went in with a pre-approval from our own bank and were unable to make a deal within our pre-approved budget. They were able to secure financing through one of their preferred lenders for almost 2% less than our own bank. This brought the deal to almost $25/mo less than our pre-approved deal. In addition, Riley worked hard to close the deal in time for us to get home for dinner plans that we had previously made for family that was visiting from out of town. Due to the pressure on both sides to deliver the vehicle quickly, some imperfections were missed and were not noticed until the vehicle was home later that evening. Before I could even call the next day to address the concern, Riley called to check on us and our new vehicle. The concerns were brought to his attention and plans were immediately put into place to bring the vehicle back in to address our concerns and ensure that we received a vehicle in brand new condition. As an added bonus, a comparable loaner vehicle was provided for our use while we waited for our vehicle.
