They were very professional and consultative to help me through trading in a very negative equity Kia vehicle and helped me obtain a new Chrysler 200. No high pressure sales techniques. They are truly unique! More
Bad Faith Arrangements My wife and I decided to look for a 2014 or 2015 Jeep Patriot after looking for reliable, cost effective vehicles online. We visited and were assisted My wife and I decided to look for a 2014 or 2015 Jeep Patriot after looking for reliable, cost effective vehicles online. We visited and were assisted by a salesman. We laid out what we wanted, and asked if they could meet our goals. The offer we wanted wasn't on the table, so we willingly walked away. I was called back in a short time-frame, and asked to return to their location, granted that they had a "great deal from the general manager". When we returned, they offered us the same unsatisfactory deal that we initially walked away from, effectively wasting our time. It wasn't long before getting a message from the salesman, asking me to return on another day, advising that he would give us the deal we wanted. When I returned yet again, he introduced me to their finance manager, who had no idea we were guaranteed such a ridiculous promise, and was in disbelief when I showed him the conversation I'd had on record from the salesman, showing that offer. He again, offered me the deal we did not want, and I found myself wondering why I was back there. Again, we were lied to, and the offer wasn't given. After haggling, I offered to take a longer term at a higher interest rate, albeit temporarily, to get the payment in the range that I wanted, until I could afford to refinance at a later time. They made an exception with the financing institution, and closed on the deal. The deal, however, was subject to circumstances that were agreed upon by all parties. As I was trading in my vehicle as part of the deal, I would effectively be cancelling the extended warranty on said vehicle and receiving a refund. That refund would be a guaranteed down payment on the new vehicle, with the understanding that it would be signed over to them once I received it. Under this understanding, the dealership held a check from me and made a verbal agreement to hold it until those funds were available. I would sign a check-hold agreement, and return in 21 days to extend it. In 20 days, I did my due diligence to return and fulfill my word. I was advised the paperwork was on lockdown until the next day, as it was on a weekend. I called the next day (Monday morning), to reassure our intent to extend the hold when I got off work that evening, and the finance officer agreed. When I returned to Hurley that evening, I was advised that the check had been pulled and they had failed to keep to their word. I advised the finance officer that the funds weren't available. He expressed little concern for overdraft fees and negative implications for me, and simply suggested to keep in touch, and it would be acceptable to give them the funds when I received them, as initially agreed. Weeks later, Hurley, via their electronic check provider, made a second attempt to remove the funds from my account, without my knowledge, and in bad faith of our agreement. This time, they succeeded in drafting the funds from my account, causing further damage to my finances. I met with their staff regarding the matter, who refused to immediately rectify the situation. I advised them that they made a bad-faith offer and did not use due diligence, or any genuine care, for that matter, to see that they made good on their offer. The effectively broke our agreement, and accepted the fact that their staff "might have" made an agreement which they lacked the authority to do. I requested they cut me a check for the amount they took, until I could complete the payment, as was initially agreed - not to mention the excess fees we accumulated due to their error. Though the funds were immediately removed from my account, they refused to acknowledge any request for reimbursement because their third party electronic check provider had not delivered the funds to them, effectively holding me accountable for their internal shortcomings. While the finance officer researched my purchase, I overheard another finance manager and a salesman discussing a potential customer's vehicle offer. They debated on what rebates or discounts to offer this customer, i.e. military, etc... I heard "he's nobody" come up, and remained silent. It was proof enough that, instead of an honest, up front, best offer... these salesman, like any other, will not give their customers the best possible deal. They will deliberate, and haggle, and only give you the offer you want, when they absolutely have to; and even then, in a self-concerned manner. There's nothing yet that I've experienced to set them apart from dealerships, as a whole, from a customer's perspective. I asked to speak to a higher authority, and was completely denied. I confirmed with the finance officer before leaving, that he accepted the fact that his associates (who were not present, nor willing to be contacted) made a bad faith offer, did not honor that agreement; they would not immediately fix the problem, and in refusing to do so, would leave us financially burdened because of the incompetence. Again, I was denied any immediate help or escalation, and could only leave to deal with the implications, given someone's word that we'd be contacted later. Little good an agreement had done with them yet, there is no promise of more. More

Thank you very much! You are the Best! - Dr. Steve Samarin I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram staff provided last week. I vi I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram staff provided last week. I visited the dealership to purchase 2013 Dodge Charger. The staff was very attentive, professional, friendly and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Debbie (sales person) and Shaun (financial manager), were very knowledgeable, professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my new car. I will firmly recommend it my family members, friends and colleagues. Please let Debbie and Shaun, as well as the other dealership employees, know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram management put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I look forward to working with Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again in the future. Then the service girl tells me I need a new fuel cap for 30$ I said no thank you. the following day I go to put fuel in my truck and its rejecting the fuel. So I look into it and find that my fuel vent line might be clogged. The next day after work I decide to get under my truck and blow out the vent line. It wasn't clearing so I followed the vent line to the gas tank and sure enough I see a pair of vice grips pinching the VENT line. Now how would that all of a sudden get there? I know the tech John clamped them on so I would have to come back and have him install a new fuel cap that I really didn't need. I just wonder how many other people they do this to? I would stay far away from this dealership and especially theyre service dept. More

Decided to at Was shopping online for a used 2012 Grand Caravan. Working with a very narrow budget. Found this one but it was 65 miles from my home. Decided to at least inquire about and was working via email with Debbie Z. She was initially friendly and helpful. However, I did not want to drive that far to "dicker". I found a van that was more local and tried to get it only to led on by the dealer "hey we got you approved at your payment but we sold the van",,, exactly the stuff I was trying to avoid. I decide to give Debbie another shot. I explained to her that I pretty much wanted a deal in place before driving that far,,, she worked the deal for my trade on her end (both of us working on blind faith) and got the numbers where I could do the deal. I drove up there to be met by her at the door smiling and we just chatted as we looked at the van, no pressure. Needless to say between her and the good price I got on the van, I bought it. She was great, the dealership offered to overnight the papers for my wife (she couldn't go with me) to sign. Away I drove with the van. No dickering, no lies, no BS. A good car buying experience. Thanks Debbie! More
Extraordinary Car Buying Experience - Ray Reyes I had the pleasure of working with Ray Reyes and Johalvy Thompson. They made my vehicle purchase very easy. I had a Dodge Journey and needed more room I had the pleasure of working with Ray Reyes and Johalvy Thompson. They made my vehicle purchase very easy. I had a Dodge Journey and needed more room. I went to the store met with Johalvy Thompson who introduced me to a retired Marine name Ray Reyes. He made sure my grand children were entertained, gave us snacks and set up the TV in the waiting area so that I could concentrate on the vehicle purchase. We worked a great deal on a Chrysler Town and Country. They both took the time to go over all the features and to ensure my items from my previous vehicle were moved over to my new vehicle. I did not have to lift a finger. They had my paperwork ready and I got the opportunity to meet Shawn Lewis, finance manager who took the time to go over the different ways to protect my investment. I drove all the way from Orlando, over a 40 minute drive to meet these people and to see what their price guarantee was about. I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle but they made it all so simple for me. I am driving a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country and it is all so comfortable. This dealership and staff exceeded my expectations. They accommodated my family and I. They made my long trip absolutely worth it. I had worked with other dealers and found while they were too close to home and brag about non profit margins they could not give me the deal that Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram gave me. Thanks again Ray Reyes, you have earned a customer for life. More
