Statistics state after coming into contact with someone you never met you can get a feel for them usually less than a minute. This was the case with Foster. He was very professional, friendly, kind, and most of all caring. We followed up with him at the dealership the next week. We learned that he and his wife work together and treated us so well when picking out our vehicle. Foster introduced us to Keith the owner and was also very professional and kind. This was one of the most positive car buying experiences we have encountered. I will be honest and say I do not like to car shop. It stresses me out. The experience with these guys were awesome. Never was there a moment of anyone being a pushy person to make a sale. It's like we were family from the start to finish. Terrible Buyer Experience I went to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. My first mistake was that I made it known that I needed a car ASAP. I was offered two vehicles to I went to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. My first mistake was that I made it known that I needed a car ASAP. I was offered two vehicles to test drive as I wanted a small SUV in a certain price range. My credit was not the greatest, but it wasn't poor by any means. I liked the first car I test drove and continued with the purchase. Everything went fairly smooth. A couple days later, I got a phone call from the dealership, specifically the financial dept., stating that they were looking over the agreements and they were able to re-work a lower monthly payment. I was a little uneasy about this and didn't agree to do anything yet. Later I talked to the neighbor who was a dealer before. He told me that they did something wrong and most likely needed me to sign another contract. So my fiancé talked to the man, and told him we would com in a sign a new contract ONLY if the interest rate, payment, and term of loan wouldn't change. The man assured us it wouldn't. We went there the next day. The man printed out a new contract and as he tried to distract me while coaxing me to sign it, I noticed the interest rate went up over 1%. I told him this wasn't what we agreed to. He immediately got angry with me, insulting me saying things like "make your payments on time and this wouldn't happen"(I NEVER financed a car before), "you can either sign now or leave the car here" (It was our only vehicle), "you need to get out now!" I left the dealership in tears. They are making so much money off me it is ridiculous. I signed the contract because I didn't have any other option. I needed the vehicle. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a vehicle from these crooks. They took me across and I assure you, they will do the same to you. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I will never go back there!! More

We were looking for a 2015 Jeep and had a short list of wishes. Our salesman Christan was laid back and very knowledgeable(we had been shopping and dealt with many salesmen) he never pressured us in anyway.Christan was the best hands down! They didn't have what we needed, Christan said " We'll find what you want ". He went to his GM Keith .Who came out and worked with us personally . Not only did he find our jeep ,but he also found us a great interest rate. The finance guy Mr. Buck (I think ) was great also !! The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Can't say enough about Hurley!! A LOT of car dealerships could learn from them !! Thank You Hurley team !!!!! More

Well, I already had my eyes on the cake (A Red Dodge challenger 2015) with less miles on it. I was hoping that the dealership would put a cherry on top by giving me something else for my buck so that my smile would widen when I left the dealership. And there came along Mr. Foster Zebuth and his wonderful wife Mrs. Debbie Zebuth. One nice couple that work together on giving great deals to auto customers. Mrs. Debbie gave me all the information that I needed about the car including CarFax reports and was very pleasant in dealing with me throughout the deal. The next day during my free time at work, I visited the dealership which is a 20 min drive from my place in Lake Mary, Orlando. I was introduced to Mr.Foster, a 67 year old("young" would be a better fit) gentleman who formerly worked for Lockheed Martin. I would say he's one of the most genuine people I have met all along my life. The first thing he told me while showing the car was "Red color!! Naaah.. I wouldn't buy this one!" :D He told me things about the car which I had never known before even though I'm a die hard fan of the challenger. He took me on quite a long drive to test the car on almost all kind of terrains. I liked how Foster would tell his experiences while dealing with me. It was probably the most human way that you can treat any customer in any industry for that matter. The car buying process went very smooth. They gave a very good price for the car along with free bi-annual services at their dealership until I own the car. It also includes a 22-point inspection with every service. They also filled the fuel tank before I took the car with me. I also got meet the owner Mr. Hurley who himself is a very humble and interesting man. I believe that the dealership being a family business and having a good sales team makes a great difference. Well, for anyone who is interested in a Chrysler/Jeep /Dodge/Ram, this is a very nice place for you. The entire buying experience is worth it. - Dheeraj R Shetty (DJ) More
