Veterans Discount!! "Beware" I received Delacy coupons on line for services discounts. Unfortunately the coupons could not be used due to service being discounted already? and wh I received Delacy coupons on line for services discounts. Unfortunately the coupons could not be used due to service being discounted already? and when i ask about the Vets discount i was told that would be double dipping? What? Three hours later my vehicle was ready, i was handed a bill not only did i not get any discounts, but there was an extra charges for parts. When I ask for an explanation I was told that it was for a miscellaneous repair. I didn't know i needed a repair nor did i authorize any. I pay the bill under protest and ask where my vehicle was. They said it was on the side of the building. It was pouring out so you would think that they would have brought it back to the front of the waiting area. When i found my truck it looked as if they had drove it through the mud? and it had mud on the mats as well. I had to take it to Delta Sonic. Never Again!! That was my 2nd time having them services my truck and the first time was just as bad. Beware. More

Beware, after you buy the car, you're on your own. Bought a new 2016 Focus and salesman affixed a temporary registration the next day. Thought this was odd since the dealer already had 24 hours and most dealers can either print their own or get it within a day. Almost SIX WEEKS later and STILL no registration. I called the dealership for assistance since I was leaving on a road trip and would be in West Virginia when the registration was going to expire. They were of no help, in fact, Jennifer Became rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me mid-sentence! Patrick the sales manager contacted me the next day and must have thought I was stupid and tried to blame it on the DMV. Beware! More
HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP I purchased a car here and 3 days later my gear shifter got stuck in reverse while trying to back up into a drive way in the middle of the street. I called Delacy Ford and they did not want to fix it, they gave me a really hard time about it and told me it was my problem now. 3 months later after I paid for someone to fix that problem, my transmission went. The sales guy who sold me the car rushed me out of the store after I purchased it. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL WASTE SO MUCH MONEY! I will never shop here again and I told all my family and friends as wll. More

Inspected car in my garage... inspected more and more to find bent grill support, loose/bent hood, front fender misaligned, bumper facshia misaligned, new parts front axle area, missing body fasteners. Paid $43 for a car fax vehicle report 2015 Subaru outback limited 23k mi. Shocked but not surprised 2 frontal impacts involving another vehicle within 2 months of each other. Bad enough car had to be towed. Called Mr bill, texed Mr bill, no reply. 5:30 am next morning 157 mi to dealership. A mgr listened to the situation seemingly with no remorse or apology and we both agreed to reverse the sale. back in my vehicle and out within 30 min. 157 mi back home feeling disappoited, insulted but relieved. INSIST ON A VEHICLE REPORT. Shame on you. Oh, find a better body man. Nuf said More

Establishing that they had a vehicle in stock that met the criteria for a lease deal listed on Fords website After numerous emails with a salesperson. Establishing that they had a vehicle in stock that met the criteria for a lease deal listed on Fords website I made an appointment with the salesperson. Upon arriving I was informed the salesperson had left for the day and someone else would help me. This salesperson then informed me the lease was actually double the amount I was told it would be. He didn't know about any deals, didn't know Ford could list deals on there website, and wished I could show him the deal I saw. So if you plan on shopping here make sure you bring your computer or printed copies of any deals your interested in with you. More
