Service is terrible I was sold and women like her the very first day I left out the parking lot the car engine light came on I had to have spark plugs replaced the battery replaced they had to take it to very first day I left out the parking lot the car engine light came on I had to have spark plugs replaced the battery replaced they had to take it to the jeep dealer to be reprogrammed as well and now the car has shut off in my three-year-old daughter and I had to walk tonight in the cold to find someone to help us to push the car out of the street also we were on the expressway the car turned off and I almost got rear ended with my daughter in the car because the car keeps shutting off and the only thing the leasee is saying is bring the car out to us will take a look at it but this is the last time because you don’t have an extended warranty nothing that was that has happened would have been covered under warranty anyways I came to them looking for a reliable car and we need to get around and not have to worry about anything I understand normal wear and tear does happen with the car but I feel like I have been receiving poor service I contacted the manager the head manager and also the service department have said they had sent out messages to the managers to give me a return phone call back I’ve been calling calling calling calling than the manager finally called me back told me that they will see if they could do to get me in another car so I would no longer have this problem I get there the narrative switched up and I feel like I haven’t been accommodating any kind of way at all now tonight the car is not only stopped but it was smoking as well that is on safe environment in an unsafe playFor my daughter to be and I will not put her in harms way I no longer want this truck I would love to be compensated in some kind away so I can take my money elsewhere and purchase a reliable vehicle for my daughter and I and not have to worry about anything because this is unsafe conditions that should be the least of my worries will just purchase in a car in June More
Service after the sale was non existent. At pick up, the car was not detailed, as promised. Some jr. salesman sped through the cabin tour and was rather rude. fair price...nothing else I was lured in by a fair price. It wasn't what I would call a great deal...just a fair price on what I was looking for. I had to fight hard to get what was promised at the point of sale and now six months after the sale I am still waiting for my registration. I was promised an install on an item that was not included on the vehicle and the called to tell me it was in. It was sold with installation so I went there to have it installed and they refused. The told me I had to schedule it in. I just took the part home and did it myself. I could have even saved $300 by purchasing it online. After the sale, my salesman would not even take my calls. I wish I kept shopping because I know I could have found a better deal at a better dealership. More

Well the used car salesman took it home so salesman Kevin tells us to call him the next morning. So We get call from Kevin Saturday August 17th at 8:45 am and tells us the vehicle will be there by 11:30am so we said we would be there very interested in the vehicle. Well Kevin calls us as we are on our way there to say the vehicle sold. Funny how a vehicle that was supposed to be there at 11:30 am was sold at 10:30 am . Very un professional and wasted our time . Plus they should of had the sales manager who took it home bring it back when we were there . Will never do business with this dealership again made me give 1 star but wouldn't give them any More

I was going to trade in my 2008 ford fusion, Todd was very honest and said because of the high milage I would not get what I am expeting to get. He suggested that because I drive 600 miles a week for work I should think about getting snow tires and use the 2008 for a winter car, I took his advise, best thing I coud have done, As much as I love my new car I really love the way the 2008 with snow tires works in the snow, Saviing the mles on the new car. More
