You made me feel comfortable and you were patient & helped guide me into making what I feel to be one of the most important decisions that one makes in their lifetime. Communicating with me the way you did through this e-mail and personal phone calls is an indication that you value me and not my money and the commission you rightfully deserve! Both Jen and Burt were very helpful with the purchase of my Vehicle and worked promptly so that I could bring the new car home the very same day.
