What a beautiful car! Mr. Sudyn was an enthusiastic and accomodating salesman. DeLacey Ford offered a superb willingness to make a deal; Toyota,(hubby wanted the Matrix because it was a hatchback), was un accomodating salesman. DeLacey Ford offered a superb willingness to make a deal; Toyota,(hubby wanted the Matrix because it was a hatchback), was unwilling to do so. Hubby is now as happy as a kid with a new puppy. The inside of the car is so sporty-looking that I feel like I am in a sport vehicle. We are seniors with 47 years of car-buying experience, and I must say, this was the easiest, least traumatic car deal we have ever made. Our thanks go to DeLacey and Mr. Sudyn and the manager for smoothing the way. We have already recommended DeLacey Ford and our Salesman, Paul Sudyn, to several others. We own a 2003 Echo, a very nice basic car-no fancy frills. Hubby wanted to return to the Toyota dealer. I said I wanted to give the Fords a look, as we were both pleased to see that Ford refused the bailout loan offered by the present government, and the Consumer's Report rating of frequency-of-repair.
