I am in the process of rebuilding my credit...it is not bad my any means but just looking for a car and some positive reporting on my credit report....well to get to the point...despite advice to avoid thi bad my any means but just looking for a car and some positive reporting on my credit report....well to get to the point...despite advice to avoid this dealership, i inquired about a few cars they had.....not only were the calling me all the time to get me to come in for an appt....they were very 'accomodating'......willing to tailor everything to my needs...well i get there, not only was i shoved in a corner to fill out some paperwork..i was basically ignored for 30 mins....something didnt 'feel' right...there was another gentleman there complaining that defilippo was ripping him off and he explained to me in detail...stilli stayed, hoping for a good experience.....they shuffled me around, didnt 'show' me any cars, told me they would get something for me....and i left, no progress....they told me to call back that night, which i did, and the next days after that...i said that i felt like i was being brushed off.....long story short i did NOT buy a car from them and nor will i....its like they look down on you for taking the help they offer and advertise......like youre not worthy....they suck.....go to dougherty auto sales...bought three cars there...NEVER a problem, NEVER service like this jerks More
