This dealership has my recommendation. Mark came in on his day off to help me find a truck. He was friendly and enthusiastic. Ed, the owner, went out of his way to help me find unusual parts to add to my his day off to help me find a truck. He was friendly and enthusiastic. Extremely Disappointed. Extremely disappointed. My wife and I went there looking for a used car for my son. Jeff was very friendly and showed us cars that he had that were Extremely disappointed. My wife and I went there looking for a used car for my son. Jeff was very friendly and showed us cars that he had that were in my son’s price range but I knew he wouldn’t like any of them. We saw a Mazda MX-5 that was listed way more than he could afford and ask what was the lowest he could go. He gave us the deal, and I thought it was pretty fair, offered with a guarantee passing Inspection and a 30 day 1000 mile 50/50 drive drain warranty. We needed to check with my son since he was at work, and he is tall and wanted to make sure he would fit in the car. My son also had a couple of other cars that he wanted to see also. We finally settled on this car and went back to look it over again but it was late and there wasn’t anyone around. We did get a hold of one of the sales people to tried to haggle a wee bit more to save a few extra dollars but Jeff said that was the bottom line and he couldn’t go any lower. I usually have very thick skin and understand the sales part of the car business as I sold car in my earlier year, and raising 4 children, but that sales person was very condescending and arrogant. My wife overheard the phone call, as it was on speaker and kept waving at me to hang up and just deal with Jeff or Jack. The next day we called back and talked to Jack (Jeff’s son), and decided to purchase the car at the price. I mentioned that the driver side front sway bar link was broken and requested that it be fixed. I also asked if the car could be put on the lift so I could get a better look under it to make sure things were ok. His son Jack said that I could come in the morning and that shouldn’t be a problem and told me what was needed to be sent over to them so they could put the paper work together. I was excited for my son, and felt good about the sale. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from Jeff telling me that I wasn’t able to go into the shop and look under the car, that with all this craziness going on with this virus that it might not be covered if something was to happen……... OK, I get, I understand the concern. He also stated that at the price that he gave me, he had no room to repair the sway bar link. Hmm, a little concerning, but since I used to be an auto mechanic, it was an easy enough fix that I could replace it at little cost. THEN he tells me that he will NOT guarantee passing Inspection, and will NOT include the 30 day, 1000 mile, 50/50 drive train warranty. You better change your website, as it says that “ALL Our Inventory Goes Thru A 110-Pt Inspection Process & Comes With A Warranty. REALLY, that was NOT the deal that you gave me. He also told me, “No offence, but I feel that you would nickel and dime me on everything in the car”. Are you kidding me? All I wanted is a little peace of mind that the car was going to be ok after my son drove it a wee bit. It’s a Drive train warranty, NOT bumper to bumper. THIS is why used car sales men and owners have such a bad reputations. Then Jeff tell me that I know that it is a good car and that it shouldn’t have any issues passing Inspection. Sorry Jeff, but trust goes both ways. I am not going to put my faith in a vehicle after you refuse to honor your side of the offer that was given. You want me to trust you, but you don’t trust me? You really think that I would “Nickle and Dime you”. Jeff, I was really hoping that we could do business together, and my wife and I felt very comfortable talking to you. We really liked the car and became comfortable with the deal that you offered us, but to change the deal and allow us ZERO peace of mind is unacceptable, and unprofessional. More

Worst experience ever I would not recommend Defelice to any one, they should be ashamed of themselves on how they acted. They lied multiple times I have all the documentation, try to rip off consumers and they have. They went to the extent to forge names on extended warranty documents then change the amounts. I got the documents from 3rd party tire wheel place for the package. Never wanted it in December I live 2 hours away I been asking what is it 23rd Mark send it out last month ask again 3 days ago more BS on the 8th guess what documents were filed. Defelice would of kept that money as they intended to do but I already new there shady dealings . So $1000.00 send app over to wheel tire company got it back added onto the $1000 modified it and send to the cosigner in email. I got original copies. My names Gary B all the credit apps came back approved big companies and Defelice picked Exeter financial I have a 24% interest rate lol a tires package for a Saturn , over 27 calls from Defelice, not a one thing is correct. I can Imagine the people this happened to. I have every text/ document and phone conversation as my line is a business line as well. My mother is the only reason that car from Defelice could of had any car she finds a Saturn At Defelice . Maybe it was meant to be because there is others out there. I come to your dealer in a $70k truck and then again in a corvette . I will be filing a class action lawsuit and be in contact with the police regarding those documents that were forged, I don't want a dime anything won will be donated to the children' hospital BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY More

All the required paperwork – insurance, title transfer, registration – was painlessly completed, and I drove away as a happy new "family" member. Each time I drove, the symbols on the dashboard would come on one by one. Needless to say I was afraid to drive the car because I wasn't sure if all these things were wrong with it. When I purchased my granddaughters car one week ago I noticed DeFelice has a service department so I gave them a call and brought the car in. MY initial dealing were with Joseph who we explained what was going on with the car, we left the car and three hours later I received a call from Joseph that the car was ready for pickup. (the problem was not the fuses) The problem was fixed, when I picked up the car Ed another service Tech explained in detail what happened. I would recommend this service dept. they are knowledgeable, courteous and take the time to listen even though I am a woman. Thank you All. More
