My husband and I entered the store due to a flyer for free ear buds and the chance for other prizes. We were greeted at the door immediately, asked if we were looking to buy today, and I said, "Not neces free ear buds and the chance for other prizes. We were greeted at the door immediately, asked if we were looking to buy today, and I said, "Not necessarily." He checked our code, we were not winners, so he got us the ear buds. I then asked about any used Jeeps they may have. He told me they just sold it earlier today. I asked about the 2017 I saw on the lot as I drove in. He said he wasn't aware they had it. I asked if I could talk to someone about it, and he offered to help me. He didn't even know the Jeep was on the lot, and did not offer to get someone to even find out the cost. He gave me a random guess. Not the type of customer service I'm looking for when I ask about an auto at an auto dealership. More

The employees were meandering around and bending over each other’s shoulders. The client chairs were right against the agent’s desk. There was no hand sanitizer available and pens were offered without being wiped. It was very disturbing to say the least that the pandemic was so ignored. Be safe. Don’t go there. More

I just seen one on my way to Lafayette and been searching for the right car. I pulled up to the used car section not knowing what I was looking at or for. The salesman, Marty McGothlin, came up to help me. He pointed me in the right direction. No pressure salesman and very helpful. We got to look at the car and he asked if I wanted to drive. I said not today. He took my name and number and gave me literature to take home to my husband. He followed up with me and I came back to drive one. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general and listens to what I wanted even though I am a lady. The sales manager was also awesome to work with. We bought a 2016 maxima. I love it and I look forward to working with all the staff at Kendrick. All the staff were great to work with as well. The finance guy, other salesmen, and service manager. Thank you, Marty and Kevin! More
These People are pure xxxx! Inquired about a truck, filled out a finance form and got approved. They are 3 hours from my location, I was told that everything was ready. An hour i Inquired about a truck, filled out a finance form and got approved. They are 3 hours from my location, I was told that everything was ready. An hour into the drive I get an email that the truck was sold. I told them that they were incredibly unprofessional. I then get a phone call the next day from the sales manager and find out that it wasn't sold and if I still wanted it, it was mine; and after the first mishap they would make it right. So I told him I was still interested and I would be driving up the up the next day. So the next day I made the trip (3+ hours) to find out that they sold it 15 mins before I got there. Without even as much as an apology. These people are exactly why Car Dealers get a bad reputation. They don't give a xxxx about you! More
WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! BEWARE!!!! Not even sure why this place is still open, we should've read the reviews before hand. My wife and I drove 1 hour to see a used vehicle we saw online. We worked out a deal, signed the papers, and took the vehicle home. The sales person was very nice at the time of making the deal. The sales manager never came out of his office to acknowledge the sale or even say Hi. The car was missing a few key accessories. The deal was the dealership would purchase the missing items and send them to us. This never happened. The sales person and sales manager were always "too busy to answer my calls." The one time I got through to the sales manager, after 10 tries, he was very rude, insulted me by stating, "Oh, that's why you drove from Indianapolis to see a car" then hung the phone up on me. Way to go Kendrick Nissan for customer satisfaction and experience. I have told all family and friends to never purchase a car from here. With a 20 year car buying experience, never have I been insulted and disgusted by a dealership. More
Horrible Experience - Don't Waster Your Time! This is by far the WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE STEP FOOT IN. My husband and I were looking for a used car, we found one at Kendrick Nissan (please k This is by far the WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE STEP FOOT IN. My husband and I were looking for a used car, we found one at Kendrick Nissan (please keep in mind we had looked for a couple months and went to several different dealers). We met with salesman, test drove the vehicle, and waited to see where they could go with the price. The salesman had us sign a paper that indicated if we could purchase the vehicle and a 5-year warrantee for $X per month for a term of no more than 48 months, then we would purchase that day. He went to the manager, got the okay, and told us that we had a deal. We then went to the finance office and had to re-negotiate the price of the car! The finance person informed us that the salesman had no business knowing what we would be paying per month and therefore, we had to renegotiate the car price through him. The finance person, Tony, was rude and extremely irritating to deal with and we ended up spending about 4 hours in the dealership! We purchased the vehicle, and 3 days later, the "check engine" light came on...go figure. We called the dealer, took in the car, and they told us we needed a new catalytic converter, and a new strut for the car, totalling $1900.00. When we said that we only purchased it 3 days prior, the guy laughed.....yes, LAUGHED! They "negotiated" down to $400 for everything, but still it was ridiculous! 21 days after the purchase of the vehicle, we called to find out about the status of the title paperwork. I ended up going into the dealer to find out that the title had never been cleared through the previous lienholder (the dealer lied b/c we had asked about the title being clean and clear). The bank never signed the title even though the vehicle was paid of several years prior. I received another temporary tag, and asked that I get notified of updates (they said this is a typical issue). At 31 days after the purchase of the vehicle, I got a call on my cell phone from the previous car owner who recieved my cell phone number from the dealer (they "accidentally" gave out my information.....privacy policy anyone?)! I went in to ask about my information being "given out" and to give them a letter saying that that officially had 10 days to get the title or we were returning the car, the GM wouldn't sign the verification of receipt (just stated that they received a letter from me on that day). I told him that returning the car was an option on the table, but I would have to talk to my husband first, he was kind of pushy at that point and said that they would let me know when the title was figured out. I was barely home and they called saying that Ryan had spent 45 minutes on the phone with the bank and the documents were in the mail. We didn't receive the paperwork until 35 days after the purchase of the vehicle. How can they still be in business? I called Nissan Customer Care and they said I could only register a complaint and nothing else, which was kind of nuts considering the entire horrible situation! I wish we would've never stepped foot there and we will NEVER service our vehicle there again!!!!!! I don't know that we will ever purchase Nissan again considering the help (or lack thereof) that we received! More
I went to Kendrick Nissan to lease my first car unfortunately I was turned down due to un-established credit they advised me that if I could find a co-signer I could lease this car. So a week later unfortunately I was turned down due to un-established credit they advised me that if I could find a co-signer I could lease this car. So a week later I went back to the same location I requested the same sales guy because he was a very nice man. We were there about two and a half hours waiting on paper work which at that time was the only bad thing about Kendrick Nissan. The previous week I had already test drove, picked out a car, and we had already figured numbers. While completing paper work my sales man advised me the payment would not be able to remain the same and gave me a new number I accepted and completed paper work. I was advised I would receive my paper work for my plates and my first bill with in two weeks. Few weeks later my co-signer calls me to inform me that all the paper work for my plates and my first bill is in his/her name and the paper work shows that my (co-signer) is the leaser and I am the (co-leaser). I called them because I thought it was an honest mistake. I spoke to the New Car Sales Manager he was to get back to me the following day with more information to what happened and why the names where switched. I never got a call back, so I called to speak to him and was never contacted by him. My co-signer went to speak to him in person and the NEW CAR SALES MANAGER informed my co-signer that they would have not been able to complete the sale if I was the leaser and him/her the co-singer. He admitted to not informing us of the paper work being switched around with out informing or consulting it with us. My Co-signer then asked what we can do to correct the paper work and in nice words The new car sales manager said" if we were to redo the paper work we would lose money and we are not willing to do that". So I say this much, I will never do business with Kendrick Nissan again. They showed that customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priorities and they are only worried about completing the sale and benefit themselves and did not care if there decision of changing the names around would effect me or my co-signer. Sales staff was all very helpfull in finding me the vehicle I wanted, and went out of there way to insure that my experance with them was as good as it could be. The first sales person I talked to Step vehicle I wanted, and went out of there way to insure that my experance with them was as good as it could be. The first sales person I talked to Stephen Treece took me home after I left my first trade in, and was very helpfull, in my determing just what I wanted in my new truck. Mike Troxell, and Keven Shade both went out of there way to find the truck I wanted and have it brought to Lafayette. I know most of this is what a sales person is supposed to do, but in this case I was made to feel good about what was going on. More
