De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better. More
