Wouldn't come back without being better prepared for the run-around! I came in to buy a specific vehicle listed at $27,260. They brought out the vehicle which I said I wanted to test drive. Before driving i run-around! I came in to buy a specific vehicle listed at $27,260. They brought out the vehicle which I said I wanted to test drive. Before driving it my time was wasted showing me used versions of the car that were more expensive than the new! When we finally got to the business of buying the car, seeing I had a CarMax offer for $2,500 in hand they promised to meet or beat it. After the first of many, "let me speak to my manager," trips they said my car was a total loss and worthless. Wound up going back to CarMax and still getting the $2,500. When back to the business of buying the new car I wanted, they claimed there was nothing that was negotiable. Eventually we agreed to give me a small win and settled with $27,000 for the vehicle. In the end I missed that they snuck an extra $1,500 in equipment fees onto the contract for a sale price of $28,500...which was more than the sticker price! Definite shady dealings that I knew better but didn't do my due diligence of preparing for the game beforehand. Wouldn't go back without being ready for the run around. More

Over the course of years, I have purchased BMWs, Escalades, Audis, etc. Finally, I meet a salesman that I can give my loyalty and business to.
