They divide the value of the 4th tire up into the cost of the other 3. The entire service drive team are a bunch of scam artists including the repair techs. Also, Manny (the director) will not honor the price match guarantee and the "buy 3 tires, get 1 for a $1 coupon" on the same transaction as "he's loosing money if he does." (words from his mouth). Oh, and of course the cashiers were the nicest of them all. Go figure! ELDERLY ESPECIALLY, PLEASE BEWARE. The service department gave me a quote for the wrong sized tire. I overpaid about $200 in tires. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a CON. They're all aware that they are ripping you off and they work as a team to rob you blind. Also, time is not of the essence with them. I spent 5 miserable hours here mainly negotiating with Jennifer and Manny in regards to lowering the price of $202.52 for the wrong tire that was being sold online for $189.99; when in all actuality the tire they put on my car was a completely different tire and it was being sold $130 online. ***Fortunately, they picked the right customer to run their scheme on. I called Toyota, spoke to Jennifer . . . poor ol' Jennifer ;) . . . and then Manny and after many phone calls, I got the buy 3, get one for a dollar coupon and the price match guarantee all on one transaction and I was refunded back the money that I overpaid for my tires. I will NEVER have my car serviced here AGAIN! I will not recommend them to a stranger or a friend! Oh and get this, I came here for a simple oil change. After paying a bill of 750 some odd dollars, my car was returned to me with over priced tires and the "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED NOTIFICATION" still on! -KMA B E W A R E! More

Simple oil change and tire rotation I brought my 2015 ES350 Lexus for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast but when I arrived home, I've check my tire pressure and its I brought my 2015 ES350 Lexus for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast but when I arrived home, I've check my tire pressure and its reading at 41, 40, 38 & 36psi. I just checked it the week before the car service and they were all 34psi. I am treated with the utmost respect I've been taking my Totota vehicles to Daytona Toyota for over 20 years and my experiences are always fantastic. I am treated with the utmost respect from the time I step foot out of my vehicle. The waiting room is top notch with comfortable chairs and a television to help pass the time. The snacks are great too. The difference between Daytona Toyota and other dealerships is the constant communication. All of the service tech's are so friendly and provide me with updates during my entire visit. If I ever have any issues I've always had the pleasure of speaking with Manny. He knows me by name and always goes out of his way to satisfy my needs. Manny even asks how my wife is doing even though he's only met her a few times. That's what I call service excellence and professionalism. I refer all my friends to Daytona Toyota as well. More

Outstanding service department Made an appointment online for my free oil change. Could not have been easier and I was able to select my favorite advisor, time and date preference. They even E-mailed to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived Howard was ready with my paperwork. He told me about the window tint special so I decided to have it done. The shuttle van brought me home and picked me up when my car was done. The window tint looked fabulous and when I got in my car it felt much cooler . Thanks for the great service..Also, love the free hotdogs! More
