Our van was finished and sitting in the parking lot for over 45 mins and my husband had to ask for our van when it was just sitting there. Got a oil change on January 23 appointment was at 4:30 I was checked in around 4:15, no one can and told me my car was ready, I noticed everyone was leaving except me, finally around 6 30pm I got up to find was checked in around 4:15, no one can and told me my car was ready, I noticed everyone was leaving except me, finally around 6 30pm I got up to find out what was taking so long, and it was ready, no one came and got me when it was ready I asked how long it was ready she said she did not know, , I asked her why didn't she come and get me headset for 2 hours More

Very professional intake. Did thorough diagnostic evaluation of vehicle and my service rep Dan made sure I understood what needed to be done, why and how long the repairs would take. Had no clue.. I brought my vehicle in for some touch-up paint. This is only supposed to take overnight. My service manager couldn't find my appointment in the several disorganize piles on his desk. Initially, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come back from somewhere. It was almost a half-hour before my car was checked in. When I returned to pick up my car a day later, they had repaired one of two areas that I had pointed out to them that needed to be repaired. I was told that they would take care of it without any explanation, apology or comment. I returned two days later, and again I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my service manager to return from his smoke break. When I brought my car in, it was clean as I had just picked it up after purchasing it from Daytona Toyota two days prior. When I picked it up after four days of being in the service area, the car had a significant dust cover and there were fingerprints all over the driver side door and driver-side window. Then as I drove off the lot I looked at the odometer and saw that there were 17 unexplained miles on the car since I dropped it off. Again, it was only in there for touch up paint. I have been using the Daytona Toyota service area for years. This is without a doubt my worst experience. I left there feeling like no one there really cared about me or my car. If I have another experience like this I'll be finding another Toyota service dealer. More
