It was the last day of the month and although we agreed to meet with "Kiki", salesperson who had sold us our car, we received calls from two other sales people while we were there with Kiki. She wanted to show us the new Highlander while we were at Daytona Toyota on a service call. When we purchased from Daytona Toyota, we said we would never buy another car there. On the day we bought, we were there for several hours, while meeting with the financial person, he announced that after all that had led up to that point, the figures we had been given were not for the car we wanted. Also, we wanted to pay cash and through all this red tape, we had to finance for one or two payments before we could pay off the car. We felt that we had been "screwed". We will not buy there again. As we said, the service department was fine although they could do a courtesy wash after servicing. More

Dropped the ball Had difficulty reaching service department,issue with phones.Called sales dept to inform them of phone issue,got a couldn't care less attitude. Never received confirmation on one of the vehicles,was having two serviced. Given inaccurate time for completion. Was written up for several immediate must do repairs,yet three months previous,not a single one of these dire repairs were noted at all.Was contemplating a purchase of new vehicle to replace 2006 scion xa.If I do ,may not consider Daytona Toyota,despite the fact that the last 4 vehicles purchased were at this dealership. Not very impressed with this dealership as of late.Hope things get better.The no for recommending dealership was based on most recent visits. More
James Brady was a jerk. He told us about recall and he said sue Toyota if we got hurt. He also drug out the time on invoice processing. Forgot to Install Screws Sent my pre-owned vehicle in for repair and the vendor who replaced the bumper did not install all the screws necessary. We had to take the car back into the dealership in order for them to complete the repair. Once done, they installed different screws which doesn't match the other visible screws; one set of the screws were black, while the newer set added were silver. (I will be spray painting them black so they will match). More
