I had a problem with new car hesitating on start almost like it was jumping into gear. I thought it was the way I was driving but my grandson assured me it was doing it for him too. They tool me right in and gave me a very comfortable quiet room to wait and read while the were correcting the problem with the computer., it took two hours to reprogram the cars computer but it was worth the wait. It is running fine now.😉 More
Came in to jave our Rav4 get serviced at 5000 miles. Jim Brady was.our service manager. He informed us Toyota had just issued a recall and we should not drive it. We are from Wisconsin. I called on Friday about a strong smell of gas coming from my vehicle. I spoke with Karen and she was truly concerned with my issue. After getting my vehicle started for review she came to the waiting room to let me know what was going to occur. The entire process took a couple of hours. She provided me progress updates along the way and let me know what was being done. I'm glad that my description helped solve the problem. More
