Very disappointed that after getting 4 new, expensive tires the car was returned with dirty tires and hand prints from the tech on the wheels. The least you could do is wash the tires off so they look n tires the car was returned with dirty tires and hand prints from the tech on the wheels. My last three oil changes were not good experiences. The first one I got my truck back and my panel for my windows and lock buttons was disassembled from the door. I called not even 5 minutes after leaving first one I got my truck back and my panel for my windows and lock buttons was disassembled from the door. I called not even 5 minutes after leaving to let them know and the told me tough luck(basically.) The next time I waited an extra hour for my truck to be done because no one came and told me it was done in the waiting room; I never left the waiting room so I know they didn’t come in. I eventually walked outside and found it. You And the last time I was there, I checked on it after an hour and a half and he had forgotten to put it in to be serviced (this was confirmed by two other employees.) I once spoke highly of the service center but not so much anymore. More
