We purchased a package of synthetic oil changes for the life of our Toyota in May. We were told by Rad that we should come back at 5,000 miles to have the car's oil changed again, as the sticker on our car life of our Toyota in May. We made an appointment for today and were turned away, even though we drove the car an additional 7,000 miles. This was a waste of our time, poor customer service and very frustrating. More
