Service adviser Andrew took care of me for my recent service on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. The vehicle was taken in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation and rebalance. Andrew saw that the rear drum service on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. The vehicle was taken in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation and rebalance. Andrew saw that the rear drum brakes also needed servicing on the vehicle and took care of that work as well. The vehicle service was completed in a very timely manner while we waited in the new lounge (it is an awesome place now)! More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 3 hours to then be told I needed breaks. Sat another hour and a half. It would have been nice to know it needed something else earlier. Waiting room and facilities were great but waiting so long for such simple things is terrible. I realize my oil change and tire rotation was free so not a priority for you but I don't leave my vehicle because I've had problems doing that way too many times. More
