Defective RIMS needed replacement! My car is a 2016 (purchased October 2016) NISSAN PATHFINDER. All 4 ALLOY RIMS WERE CORODED. The Clear-Cote was defective and, most probably, salty air My car is a 2016 (purchased October 2016) NISSAN PATHFINDER. All 4 ALLOY RIMS WERE CORODED. The Clear-Cote was defective and, most probably, salty air (we live on the MAINLAND) got under the clear-cote and attacked the ALOY WHEEL. The SERVICE MENAGER, at first tried to convince me that the rims were scratched. There were absolutely no signs of SCRATCH. Than HE told me that THIS KIND OF DEFECT IS NOT COWERED SINCE IT IS "PAINT-AND-TRIM" which is only covered for one year. I indicated to HIM that IF THE DEALERSHIP DOES NOT REMEDY THIS DEFECT I would exercise my option of reporting to CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. Finally HE agreed to take pictures and send them to NISSAN. To make this long story short, the rims were replaced. NO WONDER THWT TOYOTA SELLS MUCH-MUCH MORE CARS => THEY HAVE A RUST GUARANTY FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR CAR!!!! More

Not very good on tellingb you whats going on Brought my 2013 Altima for oil change and check over . It was not long before I had gotten my car back but when I looked at my paper work later there Brought my 2013 Altima for oil change and check over . It was not long before I had gotten my car back but when I looked at my paper work later there were a few things that they said needed attention but said customer refused work. But they never said any thing to me. The last time I had work dune there they charged me for a wheel aliment and when they called me I told them I did not see why they charged me I only had the car a moth Manager said I was right and would refund the cost and mail me a check. I am still waiting for it that was 8 months ago. More

I took my 2015 Rogue in to be serviced because of a factory recall. We sat in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours without any updates to hear that the replacement part they had to install wasn't working so I would have to get a rental. They told me that a replacement part was on order and that I could pick my car up the next day. They didn't tell me that I would have to pay Enterprise $50.00 hold fee for the rental. The service man told me that he would call me the next day to let me know that I could pick up my car. Well, he didn't call, so I called him. He now tells me that the replacement part they received did not work and that I have to wait another day to pick it up. He promised to call me and let me know that my car is ready. I have big doubts about his promise. More

She took care of all my concerns with my vehicle in a very timely manner & i am totally satisfied & extremely pleased with her & the Daytona Nissan experience. Also the Service Technician "Freddie", performed an excellent service on my vehicle & he was very professional too. Thanks to them both, as they are assets to Daytona Nissan. More
