Routine visit with extras I scheduled an oil change and had to wait so I was hoping it wouldn't be too long. Alina checked me in. Even though she was busy she solved my key pro I scheduled an oil change and had to wait so I was hoping it wouldn't be too long. Alina checked me in. Even though she was busy she solved my key problem and also helped me with information regarding my coverage. She could have given those chores to someone else but she handles them. Service Friendly We have had 7 Nissan cars. We purchased our current car from Daytona Nissan. We have always used their service department to service our vehicle. We We have had 7 Nissan cars. We purchased our current car from Daytona Nissan. We have always used their service department to service our vehicle. We have a 2011 Quest. We thought we had a serious transmission problem in October while doing a 36-day driving trip. We stopped at a Nissan dealership in NW Florida on our way back home where they diagnosed our problem as needing a new transmission (or buy a new car they told us). They told us we wouldn't be able to drive the 430 miles home with this problem. When we got home we brought the car to Daytona Nissan for evaluation. Turns out that the only problem we had was the 2 front hub bearings that had burnt up and needed replacing. Problem solved! Since then we put on about 10,000 miles in heat and Chicago's subzero temperatures. Transmission is running fine. This week we took the car back for a diagnostic problem from a horrible noise coming from the back of the car since last summer when we put rear shocks on ourselves. We purchased after- market shocks. We couldn't figure out where the noise was ourselves. They found that we needed new rear shocks. Once Nissan rear shocks were installed, problem solved!!! They know their business and cars. They always give us good service with no complaints from us and they go out of their way to make us happy. More
