Ray in the service center is wonderful!! He kept us updated... went above and beyond for us and was so friendly! I can't tell you how nice it was to have an automotive service guy who wasn't cocky and updated... went above and beyond for us and was so friendly! I can't tell you how nice it was to have an automotive service guy who wasn't cocky and condescending..... quite there opposite.... caring.... patient... listened to all of our concerns and helped us out tremendously! Awesome Service Department! 5Star Rating? Absolutely! I recently purchased a “used” 2019 Altima SR that was an 8 mos lease vehicle. Great Buy and Bedford (salesman) was wonderful 5Star Rating? Absolutely! I recently purchased a “used” 2019 Altima SR that was an 8 mos lease vehicle. Great Buy and Bedford (salesman) was wonderful....shortly after purchasing I noticed a dent under the passenger door that was not visible straight on....I work with Ray Paez, Service Advisor and he immediately took care of it...one day..loaner car...fantastic fix...never notice the dent was there....Then several weeks later... I purchased an after purchase product...a chrome rear bumper protector. I spoke with Ray ...once again he was so pleasant (and funny) told me to just stop by and he would take care of it..... he remember me...my car...I stopped in, he had service put the protector on...perfectly....and he wouldn’t take payment. So....is this Department Perfect? Yes, in my mind....so professional, courteous, helpful and great work. Will I continue to support Daytona Nissan? ABSOLUTELY! Georgia R. Ormond Beach More
Service Department- Wow! On August 8, I was traveling from Tampa to Charleston for a high school reunion. I had had the usual service items done prior to the trip (oil change, On August 8, I was traveling from Tampa to Charleston for a high school reunion. I had had the usual service items done prior to the trip (oil change, tires checked, etc). When I got to Daytona, my tire pressure monitoring system came on for a second time. I was concerned that I might possibly have picked up a nail or something. I decided to stop at Daytona Nissan to have the tires checked out. I was met by Josh Whitlock. He listened to my concerns, could see that I was a woman traveling alone, and a bit anxious about the situation. I certainly did not want to have a flat tire on I-95!!! He assured me he would check the tires and get the issue resolved. He was not only professional and courteous, but kind as well. Josh was thoughtful and knowledgeable as he explained the tire pressure issue. He also gave me a courtesy car wash as well which made me smile under the circumstances. I was on the road in no time .... and, shared my experience with several once I got to my destination. Thank you, Josh and Toyota Nissan for turning my moment of being anxious to a memory of the kindness I received at your dealership! More

Matt Griffin is as usual pleasant, knowledgeable and seemingly happy at what he does. This trip was for a recall of a 10 year old car. It was treated as if I had just purchased it. Had an 0800 appointment. Arrived early, (0730) not a hiccup. They took the car in and started immediately. Thanks again More

Scheuled appointment went as smooth as could be.. had to have a minor issue handled on my new Rogue SV.. Scheduled with the service center and I pulled in, dropped off my car and in no time I was on had to have a minor issue handled on my new Rogue SV..
