We purchased a Nissan Rogue 2020 about a month ago. Found a very small issue in the car and call Nissan for help . We got right away appointment in a very friendly art. Only problem I have was paper work was n was not handled to well. When went to get my first oil change was told I didn't have an agreement for service. Luck I knew Stacie who works there. Very disgusted. Bought a 2015 Nissan Altima 2 years ago. Along came the 3rd morning of having it and wouldn’t you know it the battery is dead. I went in and had a new battery put it. Now here we are 2 years Along came the 3rd morning of having it and wouldn’t you know it the battery is dead. I went in and had a new battery put it. Now here we are 2 years later with what it supposed to be a “84 month” battery that is completely shot. I called Daytona Nissan to find out they will do nothing about it. Worst experience ever. Anywhere else would have an honor code and or prorate the time off of the price of a new battery. Will never buy another vehicle or have them serviced here again. More
