Very good company. Unfortunately they are so far from my hone that I can't use them for my day to day requirements. We live in Ponce Inlet. I’ve asked this dealer many times to take my email address off their system... it’s not my car getting serviced... the car belongs to my ex. I worked with Metin in the service Dept. to resolve an issue with the rear hatch on my 2018 Rogue. He was prompt in getting the service technician to check and could not fix. Then he ultimately had me ret issue with the rear hatch on my 2018 Rogue. He was prompt in getting the service technician to check and could not fix. Went to Nissan Dealership to have cabin filter replaced. Greeting as soon as I arrived. Dealership was very clean. Staff was friendly and I was able to use my coupon I had received. Brought my 2018 Nissan Frontier in to have my drive belt checked due to squealing. They tested the pulleys and realized the noise was coming from the water pump which had to ordered and overnighted. Hans Bo checked due to squealing. They tested the pulleys and realized the noise was coming from the water pump which had to ordered and overnighted. Hans Bolding, Service adviser, set me up with a loaner with a free full tank on gas. Got a call the next morning that my truck was ready. Got my truck and went to work with no squealing belt.
