Beyond terrible! When I purchased my truck, the sales associate was very aggressive and would not take no for an answer. They also gave me an ungodly high interest rate on a truck that was practically br associate was very aggressive and would not take no for an answer. Also a little over two years after my purchase, I noticed a few small rust spots on the roof. When I brought it to their attention, their demeanor was unpleasant and said I parked under a tree and it was not covered under warranty. They then had me go to the body shop and he took pictures and said they would “evaluate “ the spots to determine if it was covered under warranty. I had to stay on top of them and called numerous times and they always gave me the runaround. I have since taken it to another dealership and they took care of the issue in a timely manner. Daytona Nissan uses stall tactics hoping you give up on the issue. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my own worst enemy! Stay away from this place! More
Great service department. Was able to make all the repairs my vehicle needed and also was able to contact the warranty company to make sure they were covered. The experience as to the work on my car was fine. However when I checked out I was charged for the routine oil change service and don't believe I should have been. At the time I didn't say anything but when I got home located the paperwork from when I bought the car and a $500.00 maintenance plan that should have covered this service - 3 years, 30,000 miles. My car is still under 3 years by a few weeks and the mileage is just over 24,000. Twice I have left messages for Alina to ask about this and have yet to get a return call. This of course does not please me. I would have no problem recommended this service center as to the work, the staff I'm not so sure about at this point. More
When my vehicle was finished my service advisor was MIA..another employee was texting her to tell her I was waiting..he told me she was in the restroom..I waited..no show. Both listened, gave me excellent responses to my problem and I now have confidence customer relations woman Amanda and the new service manager John.
