Hold on to your wallet and do not trust anything Nissan tells you. Replaced my battery from Nisaan 14 months ago with 7-year warrantied battery that they advised me to buy. I as an idiot trusted them thoug tells you. Replaced my battery from Nisaan 14 months ago with 7-year warrantied battery that they advised me to buy. I as an idiot trusted them though I could get similar but much cheaper deal from Sam’s club. The battery died twice on me in the last 2 months and required road side assistance. I took it Daytona Nissan today. Started by saying with them saying that I unless have the physical paperwork on me they will not honor the warranty, even though they have the paperwork on their system. I had to get the original Nissan place that replaced my battery to email them the work. Knew at that point this is not going to be a pleasant experience. After that they tried charging the battery and claimed that its amperage was 567 which is barely above 550 to replace it. Mind you the range for the amp should be between550 and 1000. So they refused to replace the battery. Horrible place with charlatans running it. Will never buy another Nissan again. never trust them. Warranty means nothing to them. More
