Not very good on tellingb you whats going on Brought my 2013 Altima for oil change and check over . It was not long before I had gotten my car back but when I looked at my paper work later there were a few things that they said needed attention but said customer refused work. But they never said any thing to me. The last time I had work dune there they charged me for a wheel aliment and when they called me I told them I did not see why they charged me I only had the car a moth Manager said I was right and would refund the cost and mail me a check. I am still waiting for it that was 8 months ago. More

Service I have worked with this dealership for about 2 years, Up until recently, I have had good experiences with their service. However, that has changed. I took my 2015 Rogue in to be serviced because of a factory recall. We sat in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours without any updates to hear that the replacement part they had to install wasn't working so I would have to get a rental. They told me that a replacement part was on order and that I could pick my car up the next day. They didn't tell me that I would have to pay Enterprise $50.00 hold fee for the rental. The service man told me that he would call me the next day to let me know that I could pick up my car. Well, he didn't call, so I called him. He now tells me that the replacement part they received did not work and that I have to wait another day to pick it up. He promised to call me and let me know that my car is ready. I have big doubts about his promise. More
Frank Lania/Anthony Caputo- What a GREAT TEAM !! Nissan wasn't even on my radar (last 5 cars of mine were Toyotas), but my better half did some research and after falling for Sutherlin in Orlando and Nissan wasn't even on my radar (last 5 cars of mine were Toyotas), but my better half did some research and after falling for Sutherlin in Orlando and their BS, she ended-up contacting Frank Lania at Daytona Nissan- Glad we did! We originally were going to go for a "special" 2016 Altima SV with that had been hanging around for awhile (it was their last "new" 2016 left), but I didn't like the colors, the fact it had over 1k miles on the odo and it sold just after we test-drove it so, after some intial confusion on the trim line needed for a 2017, I ended-up stopping there after work Friday (unannounced)- Frank was busy with other appointments, so he had Anthony Caputo show me some 2017 SV's in the color I wanted. Both of these gentlemen are top notch! I advised Anthony that I wanted the 2017 black/charcoal SV and what OTD price I was looking for, then left. About an hour later, Anthony called with a slightly higher OTD number, I countered in the middle and asked them to throw in tint. He called back a few minutes later accepting the offer and that was it! I went Saturday morning and it went smoothly- The OTD price was as promised (the finance guy was very pleasant and I didn't get a lot of blow-back when I didn't opt for the extras) and I got the car I wanted. Their Service area is MUCH nicer than Daytona Toyota AND they offer free car washes/vacuum whenever their service dept is open- Love that, love the deal and these two are a great example of what car sales professionals should be. We're looking forward to a long relationship with Nissan and Daytona Nissan! More

No Meeting of the Minds. I believe Jermaine tried to meet my request for a leased vehicle,however the more we expressed numbers & vehicle models the further apart it got.Sin I believe Jermaine tried to meet my request for a leased vehicle,however the more we expressed numbers & vehicle models the further apart it got.Since no progress was made on the internet,I saw no reason to continue trying to deal.
