Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were lo for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know. I bought the car over the phone without even driving. The salesman was excellent and I never felt pressure on buying it. I tried different dealerships and no one comparable to this one. My wife called Daytona Nissan about a Kicks she saw on their website and spoke to the first person that answered the phone, who was Joey Gennaro. She felt so good when she spoke to him that she wanted to their website and spoke to the first person that answered the phone, who was Joey Gennaro. She felt so good when she spoke to him that she wanted to buy our car there after their conversation. She felt the enthusiasm he had in getting us the car we wanted. I then called Joey and asked for a price breakdown of the car we wanted with all the discounts we could get; and within minutes he had sent us their best price. The price Joey gave us was unbelievably lower than all the NIssan dealerships in Florida. I know because I called them. But the surprise didn’t stop there. Joey, knowing that our 25 year old car had just broken down on I-4, and we had no transportation, drives to our house, that’s 25 miles away and picks us up so we could sign the car’s papers. Plus, he not only beat the other dealerships’ prices; he gave us extras included in that lower price, like tint, wheel locks, mud flaps, the color inside and out we wanted, etc. Then after making the deal, he gives us a loaner car, w/o us asking, until our car arrives from the factory. Unbelievable!!! Then he offers us a chance to help the underprivileged, and asks us if we want to donate $106 of our taxes for the purchase of the car to help poor children through a fund the dealership helps. I have to say that Joey needs to train all the other sales persons in all the Nissan dealerships on how to treat people. I’ve never seen this kind of VIP treatment in all my 65 years of buying cars for my family, whether its in Florida or New York. I still don’t believe all that he did for us. That’s why the world needs to know that there are still honest and true-hearted sales people in the world. More
I was dreading going to the dealership, and did not want to be hounded by any salesperson. My intention was to look at a vehicle I saw online, and not speak with anyone. I was greeted by Joey, who has a very welcoming, personable and sincere demeanor. I had my guard up, as I expected the usual pressure once a salesperson gets involved. At no point did I ever feel any pressure. Joey was very accommodating, respectful and professional! I felt at ease, as Joey was knowledgeable and really listened to my needs and concerns as a consumer. I honestly had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, as I also had other logistics to take care of. Joey facilitated the other logistics seamlessly, which took a lot of pressure off of me. Outstanding customer service, was a major factor in my decision to purchase this particular vehicle. I felt confident, and trusted Joey and his team. Joey exceeded my expectations, as he went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only met, but he continued his display of outstanding dedication and customer service days after I drove off with my new vehicle! Thank you Joey for making my experience a gratifying one! You truly are an asset to this company and because of you, Nissan has a new customer for life! Let me start by saying I absolutely loathe the process of car shopping. I was dreading it for weeks. After being a loyal Nissan customer for years, I knew I wanted another Nissan. I had a platinum Rogue and car shopping. I was dreading it for weeks. After being a loyal Nissan customer for years, I knew I wanted another Nissan. I had a platinum Rogue and needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. I was referred to George Notaras by a friend, so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived he had several different Pathfinders in different trim levels pulled up as well as a couple Armadas. I fell in love with the platinum Pathfinder as he showed me all the great bells and whistles it has for a family. He was kind, professional, not at all pushy, and even understood when I needed to take a break to nurse my baby. He joked around with my toddler and made us feel right at home. When I say he went to work for us getting us the payment we wanted, I mean it! I would highly recommend George at Daytona Nissan! Call and make an appointment! I can guarantee that he will go above and beyond and you won’t spend all day searching for cars! Thanks again George! More
