Appointment and service The new Mitsubishi location on Nova Road was convenient to get to for my early morning appointment! They do on for coffee and munchies but a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a New England hard roll with jalapenos and ketchup and salt and pepper would make my day when I come in for my early appointments. Joe Carter was right there with all my information got me squared away and out an hour and 15 minutes my car came out completely washed and ready to rock and roll look forward to seeing you guys and another 3500 miles. Mark went step by step through the whole process, including the test drive. We drove home in our new car. Two days later we were called to make an appointment for a coating to go on the paint finish. This has already been done and it is really nice. There was a bad storm this afternoon and we went out to see the water beading right off like the whole car is coated with Rainex. This was completed in less time than I was told when dropping the car off. Great Job! Joe Clark was especially helpful. We have known Joe for 10years since we bought the other Outlander. Can't say enough nice things about the dealership, salesman, and service dept. More
