rude service and wont cover a warranty issue My daughter has a 2015 KIA forte with 27k miles om it . Her antenna on top the car fell off while driving . I told her to go to the KIA store in Daytona and they will fix it ( thinking it has a warranty ) that's what i was told when we bought it . The advisor told my daughter that its a common issue and is not covered under warranty . So I call and the advisor tells me the same . So I ask to speak with the service manager and he transfers me to someone else who had to put me on hold to speak with the service manager. After holding for 20 min I hung up ! I called KIA corp and opened up a case number to get this resolved ! All I can say is not to buy a car from this place at all and please don't take it to them for service . We will go to Deland KIA from now on !!!! More

Sevice I have a nail in my tire and my tire is not holding air. I took my car to the service shop. Day 1, they don't carry the tire. Day 2, ordered the wrong tire after sitting an hour and a half waiting. I took the tire repair warranty for the better deal when I got my car, so it's pointless to go somewhere else. I Go back in a week since it will take 3 days to get the tire in and I work the hours they are opened. Now I'm driving around with a tire that doesn't hold air. More

Excellent Service I was changing the cabin air filter on my '05 Sportage, but I had some problems getting the glove box out. I had already purchased the air filter, & I was changing the cabin air filter on my '05 Sportage, but I had some problems getting the glove box out. I had already purchased the air filter, & I called to asking for some guidance on removing the glove box. I spoke with Mr. Speckman. He told me to just bring it in, & they would do it for me for free. I had already removed the pieces holding it in, & it was stuck. The removed my glove box, installed my new cabin air filter, & vacuumed my car. Superior customer service & a nice waiting area! More
My wife has a 2001 Kia Rio,and she has problems starting it in the morning. After over one year and over a thousand dollars it still isn't fixed. They have one Kia mechanic because it is a mitsubishi dealer it in the morning. After over one year and over a thousand dollars it still isn't fixed. They have one Kia mechanic because it is a mitsubishi dealer, not a kia dealer. Nevertheless, the lack of communication between the mechanic and service dept. leave little to be desired. the service person tells you one thing then tells the mechanic something else. My wife experienced this when she spoke with the mechanic. We refuse to bring our cars to this dealer ever again because, in my opinion, they do not know what there doing. More
