GreaT .. Very considerate. I came in to have an oil leak fixed and was told I had two recalls. Did I want to have the recalls fixed then and I said "Yes". I had everything done to the car that was need and with no cost to me. I was very surprised that I had two recalls. While I waited I was told That I could have coffee, water or whatever I wanted and Mike came to tell me what was going on with my car while it was in the shop. I was very appreciated of everything. Unfortunately, the mechanic didn’t clean out the oil pan after the change this time, thou I love my Kia Optima and the service center staff are great. Routine service and computer update Randy was right in the driveway for service when I pulled up.
