Daytona Kia has set the Gold Standard for service! My 2018 Kia (nicknamed "The Alien") had it 7500 mile check-up this week. I waited for the service as I work from home and took my laptop with me to finish-up a project. I was in and out of the dealership in less time than anticipated ---- didn't even finish my complimentary coffee (I did get a little work done!). So - my hat is off to Daytona Kia and to my service adviser - Mike. I didn't meet the mechanic behind the scenes - so I want to say thank you as well for a job well done and ditto to the wash bay. Being a young-ish female and dealing with car maintenance can be overwhelming and stressful. Upon arriving I spoke to mike who was very comforting, and friendly and reassured me the past employee no longer worked there and I was right in that the past employee can make the experience... let's say less than desirable. They treated me like family.. they were very honest and caring. Chris informed me of what was dire and what was not. He helped me with a coupon and worked with me as repairs can be pricey. I felt they were beyond reasonable, helpful and I feel confident that I received the best service. I feel my car was in great hands. I will only bring my car to this shop to be worked on as I know their work is quality and reasonably priced. The best reason however is the very incredibly kind and comforting people working there.
