Great Service Brought in two cares and Mike took care of both. Sorento needed new tires. After removing old tires discovered they didn't have new ones in stock, so Brought in two cares and Mike took care of both. Sorento needed new tires. After removing old tires discovered they didn't have new ones in stock, so they gave me a courtesy car until the next day when new tires arrived. Didn't expect that so very pleased. I've owned a lot of automobiles over the past 50 years and I have to say that the service Mike provided, as well as other folks on previous occasions, is the best of any dealership I've encountered. Honest,efficient, friendly. I find Daytona Kia to be efficient and a "nice place to visit". I was able to have my Boston Terrier with me and that is always a plus. It doesn't, at least with Mike, feel like a place of pressure. The work they did seemed to cure my vehicle's hiccups. I like my Kia; and keeping it in order, is paramount. For all intents and purposes, it is my last car and together, we have to stay truckin'. More

Great Service Department Mike Z was there to greet me before I got out of my car. I told him what service I needed and was shown into the nice waiting area. There were a couple of other things that the technician found that needed to be done. They were things I thought might need replacing and went with what was recommended. I never felt pressured or force into a decision I didn't like. Mike will be my "go to" service guy at Daytona Kia. They also washed my car after they serviced it, what's not to like!!! More
